ALBUM REVIEW CREW EPISODE 45: "TRASH"

On the 45th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & Sonny review Alice Cooper's 1989 successful comeback album, "Trash."

Trash was Alice Cooper's 11th solo studio album. The album was a commercial hit, going platinum and selling over two million albums. The album also reached number 20 on the US Billboard album charts.

To complete his comeback, Alice enlisted the 80's hit songwriter at the time, Desmond Child. Child not only produced the album, but also co-wrote 9 of the 10 songs on the album. Mutual friends like Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer also made appearances. The album was a complete dive into the "hair metal scene." The songs contained Alice's unique vocals, personality and snarl combined with the Desmond Child's songwriting style.

As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. They then rank the album and the album cover against the previous 43 albums reviewed on the Album Review Crew.

This was Sonny's pick.

Find out if this Maniac Sonny's pick is Poison, Trash or a Spark In The Dark!
