On the 81th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom & Zeus welcome back special guest The King of TNA Wrestling and musician, Frankie Kazarian to review the 1980 transitional album from Black Sabbath, "Heaven And Hell!"
By 1980, Ozzy Osbourne was out of Black Sabbath and Ronnie James Dio was in as the new singer. Heaven and Hell was their 9th album and a whole new era of Black Sabbath had begun for this legendary metal band.
Dio brought his undeniable voice and lyrics to the band. The "Riffmaster" Tony Iommi was still killing it on guitar, while the legendary rhythm section of Bill Ward on drums and Geezer Butler on bass was still in tact. The album was produced by SIOL favorite Martin Birch.
Dio breathed new life into Black Sabbath and gave it a new sound. The album made it to #28 on the US Billboard charts and eventually went platinum.
